So here is my artjournal page to Art*Journal*Journey. Tell me a Story - is the request. And this page tells my story. The story of taking breaks - coffeebreak, lunchbreak or pause of anykind. It is so important to me - and I guess to every one.
I tend to take a break from everyday life and grap my artjounal book, paints and pencils and make art for a while. Some times only 15 minutes sometimes few hours, and every time I am more calm and feeling better. My artjounaling time gives me answers to problems, it is restorative and in a way When I am artjournaling I find my way to be me - whole and complete.
What is Your story to tell?
At this page I used acryllicpaints with severall layers, sharpies, gell pens and PanPastells.
What a fantastic and happy journal page you have created, love the beautiful girl in her tweed coat enjoying her hot drink. Thanks so much for joining us again at AJJ, hugs, Valerie

PoistaI'm with you about taking breaks. Especially with an art journal. Those breaks are even better than coffee breaks. :) Loving your illustration and story too. Glad you joined in with this fun piece. Hugs-Erika
