Rapunzel

 Mix-it-monthly 
challenges with a fairytale from Grimms  Rapunzel .

And this was my artjournal taken to that. It is  a pit odd, but I let it be.

I am a little pit lost with my so called art at the moment. It is sometimes hard to find time to paint and get the creative flow going on - when you have work and childrens hobbies and home. But I know - same situation so many of us...

Käytin tässä aukeamassa akryylimaalin kanssa krakelointiainetta ja inktensen kyniä sekä mustekynää. Tämä krakelointimedium toimi todella nätisti ei kuitenkaan niin, että maali hilseilisi ja irtoaisi pohjasta. Tykkään :)

Not so young and fresh but more

This is a page of an old book, altered book... I used acrylic paint with craclemedium,  ink with pensil and Inktense Pens. These lady isn´t a young one, but she knows her path, skills and place in the world. She doesn´t seek anyones acceptance. My second work to Moo-mania Make it feminine

 She didn´t know,

 where she was going,

I love artjournal prompts and challenges, 

they keep my creativity flowing 

and in the end - I guess -

that is one of those things 

which makes life forth of living.

Alterbook used gelliprints in backround then girl made with oilpastels.

Scorpio

"This time its all about the zodiac signs

we play with the ones that are in the group of the water:

so we integrate

Pisces

or

Scorpio

or

Cancer

in our work" says Mix It Montly. And so I did. Pisces are my favourite (cause I am one), but I have painted them lately - a lot. So it was challenge do draw and paint something else this time.

I used gelliprints and rip them and glued them down first. Then I draw the scorpio and then painted it with Inktense and Dylusion paints.  Stars are from glitter paste. :)

I love how the patterns of gelliprints shines throuhgt... Do you?

Tea Time is a Prompt or challenge from TryItOnTuesday

 And oh! it was so fun. I found my alterbook - And I haven´t done a page in it for long long time, but to day I did. I made it with Stabilo all, watercolors and black and white pen.

Tea is always nice, but I hate my sentence.. I don´t feel that " everthing should be easier" ---I love my life: my family, my work, challenges and the easy happy moments in everyday life.

....and then i am late with it. :)
